Everlaw Ranks First in New G2 Ediscovery Software Reports

by Vivan Marwaha

G2 Grid Report for Ediscovery - Summer 2023 - Mint

G2, the industry-leading, peer-to-peer review site, just released its summer reports for ediscovery software, including the new G2 Grid Report, which evaluates ediscovery technologies by customer satisfaction and market presence, and the Momentum Grid Report, which quantifies the overall trajectory of a particular technology. We’re excited to announce that Everlaw has ranked #1 in both reports.

G2’s rankings are based on user reviews, which is why Everlaw is so pleased with being named a leader in ediscovery software, coming in first out of 115 total ediscovery software providers. As a company that has a laser focus on its users – legal professionals from boutique and big law firms to the biggest corporations and public sector agencies – this is validation of our mission and product.

Ediscovery buyers and users can use these reports to help them evaluate the best solutions for their workflows and learn from the experiences of their peers. G2’s Grid Report benchmarks vendors against the market and their competitors, and provides a useful user-sourced evaluation of the capabilities and advantages of the various products in the market.

Everlaw’s #1 rankings are based on the company’s high user satisfaction scores as well as its significant market presence. G2’s overall results score is based on estimated return on investment, ability to meet requirements, user adoption, and users’ likelihood to recommend a technology to others.

In terms of user satisfaction, Everlaw specifically stands out on ‘Quality of Support’ (96% vs. industry average of 90%), ‘Ease of Use’ (91% vs. 86%), ‘Meets Requirements’ (94% vs. 89%) and ‘Ease of Setup’ (90% vs. 87%).

Our Customer’s Success Is What Drives Us

Everlaw exists to help legal professionals find a straighter path to the truth. Whether it’s a partner at a law firm leveraging Everlaw’s AI tools to find smoking gun documents in high profile litigation or an Am Law 200 firm bringing ediscovery in-house to create greater client value and generate more revenue, or government agencies freeing up resources so they can better serve their missions – users from across the legal profession are finding incredible value in their Everlaw partnership. Our users influence every step of our product development process, and we routinely solicit new features and ideas from our user community

For too long, legal professionals have had to use old, outdated, legacy technology that’s no longer sufficient for today’s workflows. By contrast, Everlaw users are able to ramp-up quickly and get work done faster by capitalizing on our award-winning tools to make document review and end-to-end ediscovery easy and efficient.

There’s simply no reason for today’s legal professionals to have to make-do with yesterday’s solutions, and that’s why Everlaw works with our users to continually iterate and update our platform to best support their needs and workflows.

The new G2 rankings offer independent validation of this approach, as does the legal profession's accelerating embrace of best-in-class ediscovery technology.

Law firms like Macfarlanes and Lewis Roca, in-house legal departments at organizations such as Signature Aviation, and government agencies including the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Transportation have recently signed on with or expanded their use of Everlaw.

“Everlaw’s ranking as the best ediscovery platform in the world is an honor we do not take lightly,” Rich Liu, Chief Revenue Officer at Everlaw, said. “Every day we’re looking to better understand our customers’ needs, anticipate rapidly evolving technology challenges and deliver insights in the most impactful, intuitive way on our platform.”
