John Carr
John Carr is the Director of Federal Programs at Everlaw. Prior to joining Everlaw, John was a senior leadership consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Chief Information Officer’s Innovation Engineering team, where he applied design thinking approaches to several key initiatives across the agency, including ways to improve investigative data sharing.
