Chuck Kellner is an expert ediscovery strategist with a record of success helping clients give and get the discovery they need with fairness and proportionality. His current role on Everlaw’s Value Engineering team brings innovation and positive impact to Am Law 100 and Fortune 500 litigation clients. A recognized legaltech evangelist and thought leader, Chuck often appears in publications and speaks at industry events on the trends impacting the legal profession.
Chuck’s experience includes Litigation and Practice Support Manager for an Am Law 50; litigation support operations director for a Big Eight; and consultant and executive for ediscovery consulting, services, and business development for legal industry leaders. He has testified as expert on issues of cost and burden, appropriate uses of technology, adequacy of production, and on findings from computer forensic examination.
Chuck holds a BA from Brandeis University and JD from Lewis & Clark Law School. Among several organizations, he is a past executive board member of the New England Legal Technology Professionals (NELTP) and the The Sedona Conference Working Group 6, where he is part of a writing team for Principles for Disclosure in International Arbitration.
After years in Providence, RI, Chuck and his wife now call New Orleans home, where their love of good food and music finds no limits.
