For most plans, Everlaw covers 95% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for you and up to 60% of your dependents’ premiums. In addition to great healthcare, FSAs, and life insurance, you get a membership to Modern Health, a mental-health platform designed to help reduce stress and improve mental well-being. Modern Health provides access to therapists, life coaches, and guided meditation.
Everlaw believes in building for the long-term – for both our product and our employees. Everlaw offers both a traditional 401(k) and a Roth 401(k) to give you more options for retirement savings. Everlaw matches up to 4% of eligible employee annual compensation in pre-tax contributions. You also have access to a financial wellness program which includes personalized financial assessments and virtual workshops on financial wellness topics.
Everlaw supports growing families by ensuring employees receive 100% of your salary for up to eight weeks for Pregnancy Disability Leave and up to 10 weeks for Family Bonding Leave.
When you have a group of highly skilled, highly driven truth-finders, it’s important to build in breaks for recharging. In addition to 11 paid holidays per year, Everlaw also recognizes four “Everlawlidays” that are designated days off for the whole company. You also accrue 17 days of paid vacation time per year, which increases to 20 days/year on your fourth anniversary and 24 days/year on your seventh anniversary.

With an annual Learning & Development stipend of $2,000, access to workshops and events curated by our L&D team, opportunities to join an internal mentoring program, and regular development check-ins with your manager, we’re excited for you to explore career paths and take your career to new heights. Everlawyers have used their stipends to attend conferences, obtain certifications, join classes, and meet with career coaches.
We are committed to supporting our local communities so we build in time for you to give back. In addition to time off for company-sponsored volunteer events, you get four paid hours per quarter to volunteer at a 501(c)3 nonprofit or charity of your choice. You can also join our Social Responsibility and Volunteering (SRV, pronounced "serve!”) group to provide input on where our charitable contributions go and develop creative fundraising opportunities to support our partner organizations and local communities.
Everlaw is filled with empowered, passionate problem solvers who like to have fun. From team dinners and holiday parties, to sporting event viewing parties, and wine-and-paint nights, Everlaw hosts optional company-wide bonding events regularly. Additionally, each department is given a monthly budget for activities and events like go-karting, ice skating, comedy shows, city mural tours, trapeze classes, escape rooms, tea tastings, baseball games, and more!
