Everlaw’s mission is to promote justice by illuminating truth. Our company culture is open and vibrant and we’re committed to the professional growth of our team members, offering an annual learning and development stipend and regular check-ins with managers regarding career goals. We do not believe in the ‘perfect’ candidate and encourage you to apply if you feel you can bring value to our team.

This is a full-time position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.

Getting started

  • We want you to feel like part of the team early on! Our onboarding process will integrate you into the company with informative sessions on our product, policies, processes, and team structure and goals.
  • We’re excited for you to learn, grow, and contribute right away! We trust that you’ll bring experience and knowledge that will uplift and uplevel the team, but we don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1.

In your role, you'll...

  • Own vision for, execution from, and evolution of the team, including its primary functions: Onboarding & Growth Programs, Product & Partner Enablement, Global Enablement, and Experience & Excellence.
  • Manage a team of GTM Enablement individual contributors and people managers across these functions; coach, support, and develop your team such that they can successfully execute within their current roles and advance through promotion paths.
  • Be accountable for the success and impact of your team. The team will be measured by its ability to demonstrate correlation between individual contributor and first-line leader engagement with GTM Enablement efforts and new hire time-to-ramp, acquisition and expansion bookings attainment, customer retention, and partner revenue attainment.
  • Lead the team toward influencing these outcomes by balancing timely execution with solutions and programs that are thoughtfully designed to address root causes, gain adoption, and yield lasting impact.
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders from Sales, Customer Experience, Strategy & Operations, Business Development, and Marketing, as well as other areas of the business (e.g., Product, HR, Legal), to ensure that a) the team operates with clear priorities that tie to company and GTM objectives, b) stakeholders have ongoing visibility into the team’s measurable impact on the business, and c) insights and data from the field are surfaced to routinely influence GTM decision-making and direction.

About you

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in revenue enablement in high-growth organizations with a strategic, transformational SaaS sales motion, including at least 10 years in SaaS go-to-market, 6 years of program ownership, and 6 years of people management.

  • You are seasoned in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships at the most senior level of a company to shape your team’s vision and roadmap, effectively execute projects and day-to-day work, and scale operational processes that foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • You’ve managed both people managers and individual contributors at varying levels of experience with empathy, adaptability, and the ability to connect individual efforts to broader impact.
  • You excel at solving ambiguous problems related to GTM topics such as team performance, major skill gaps, and navigating organizational change. You and those who report to you drive solutions through problem identification, analysis, solution design, project management, execution, and effective communication of outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • You are a clear, polished, and influential communicator: You distill complex topics and ideas into something digestible and adapted to a given audience, deliver clear and engaging information both verbally and in written format, and use your understanding of business objectives to achieve alignment and buy-in, and to move groups of stakeholders toward action and outcomes.
  • You can manage conflicting and evolving priorities and handle ambiguity in resource-constrained environments by driving stakeholder alignment and buy-in, process-driven prioritization, and execution on agreed-upon priorities.
