Find your documents

  • Click “View All Documents” on the top right of your homepage, OR narrow your review population using our search tool.

[OPTIONAL] Access your assigned documents

  • If your Everlaw admin has assigned batches of documents for you to review, click on the assignment card from the homepage to access your documents.

Organize your documents

  • After running a search, you will be taken to the results table. Set up your review for efficiency by grouping your documents by attachment family or email thread
  • Add columns and sort your results table to view documents in the order that makes the most sense to you.
  • You can also apply review work such as codes or notes to multiple documents by clicking the Batch button and selecting Modify.

Apply review work

  • Open a document by clicking the relevant row in the results table to open the review window. Apply review work like codes (such as Responsive or Not Responsive) to the document using the review tools on the right.

Apply redactions

  • Everlaw has a number of tools that allow you to redact both individual documents and multiple documents at once. In the review window, look for the gray highlighter button to apply redactions to a document.
  • Redact the same word or phrase across multiple documents from the results table by clicking Batch and then Redact.
