Panelists at the event included partners at several law firms, including Winston & Strawn LLP, Dechert LLP, Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, and Hausfeld, as well as a number of U.S. District Court judges. They discussed the effects of the 2015 Rule Amendments, how to evaluate amendment provisions, and applying proportionality to large, complex cases with massive volume of documents, among other things.
